About The Role
This is a challenging and rewarding role that involves building and maintaining client relationships, negotiate discount fees and other related fees with the aim of maximizing profits, offering advice and introducing new products.

new ideas and perspectives.
Our Sales Executives are the first point of contact for our clients. They make sure that the OpenRoad Financial Services, Inc process fits our clients’ needs, which sometimes means educating clients on other services we provide that will help grow their business. These Sales Associates must have a thorough knowledge of their organization’s products and services and need to be able to make targeted pitches for current and future clients.
The Sales Executives are expected to continuously update their knowledge of the company products, services, and policies. Complaint handling is a critical part of this position. Turning a frustrated client into a happy client, while adhering to the company policies, requires a combination of empathy and tact.
This role does demand a high level of comfort making quick (but well-reasoned) decisions involving what we are able to offer the client in fees and discounts.
