Associate Director of Capacity

• Strategic Leadership: Evaluate and improve operational processes, develop load planning strategies, and align team goals with company objectives.
• Market Strategy and Process Optimization: Analyze market trends, assist in pricing RFPs, refine SOPs, and implement automation tools to enhance carrier portfolio management and drive efficiency.
• Team Development: Train and mentor carrier reps, strengthen team culture, and address skill gaps through coaching and development programs.
• Data and KPIs: Analyze data to identify trends and establish KPIs to measure performance and optimize capacity utilization.
• Load Board Management: Leverage load boards to secure capacity, improve carrier relationships, and support operational efficiency.
• Communication: Act as a liaison between carrier teams, IT, and regional managers, ensuring clarity, alignment, and a focus on solutions.
