Understand growth strategy, goals, commitments, policies, pricing agreements, and struggle points of all assigned accounts

Accept and push load tenders through EDI, if necessary

Schedule the pickup with the shipper & book the appropriate carrier on the load

Identify potential problems and devise necessary solutions; escalate as needed
-
Communicate all transit delays, both carrier and customer rate discrepancies, and other issues that arise effectively and promptly to the proper customer contacts or ORT reps
-
Determine freight class of the commodity and take into consideration when quoting internally and externally to get accurate rates
-
Identify whether customers with heavy and/or consistent freight volume would be suited for possible customer-specific pricing

Collaborate with team members and managers to grow and improve processes for all assigned accounts
