Account Manager
Our best Account Managers keep laser focused on maintaining a positive relationship with their clients. Their strong internal drive motivates them to proactively address pain points and quickly react to issues. Our top performers regularly go above and beyond to add value for our clients, such as creating new business solutions, championing process improvements, or personalizing communications.
Accounts Receivable
Our Accounts Receivable personnel are experts at ensuring credit risk is maintained while providing best in class customer service to our debtors. They are adept at resolving issues, possess incredible attention to detail, and leverage their analytical skills to keep accounts within terms. They are a liaison between carriers, brokers, clients, and debtors to facilitate financial resolution.
