Hey, my name is Mynor, and I’ve been in the trucking industry for nearly two decades. From dispatching to brokerage, and right down to my own MC, I’ve done it all.

As a retired owner-op myself, I have firsthand expertise building relationships with shippers and landing dedicated lanes, working with brokers, and navigating less-than-ideal factoring partnerships. I understand the bottom line and the impact negative associations can have on a business.

Native to California, my fleet was subject to the most stringent state regulations in the nation so when it comes to hands-on knowledge of the business, I’ve really seen it all.

It’s because of this experience that I am driven to guide and protect my colleagues on the road.
