As Carrier Sales Manager, Miles plays a crucial role in optimizing relationships with carrier partners to meet both business needs and customer expectations. He ensures shipments run smoothly and maintains a servant-leader mentality to uphold OpenRoad’s values. His role has been key in servicing several customer accounts that have grown into vital pillars of the business. “The culture here encourages us to share our ideas and make an impact, which has strengthened my leadership and decision-making skills,” he shares.
