To update your insurance, have your agent submit your updated insurance certificate directly to Highway App, Inc. via email to insurance@certs.highway.com. The certificate should come directly from your agent.

Non-factored carriers: 30 days
Factored carriers: 35 days

*Terms start when completed paperwork is received.

  • An active MC/MX# or DOT#
  • Proof of insurance ($100,000 USD cargo liability)
  • Electronic W-9

All paperwork must be legible and easy to read. Make sure images are not blurred or cut off.

  • Signed Bill of Lading (BOL) with the receiver signature for each stop
  • Your OpenRoad rate confirmation
  • Your invoice
  • As needed – unloading/lumper receipts, Proof of Delivery (POD), weigh tickets, air way bills
