OpenRoad sponsors CASA’s Golf “Fore” Kids tournament

On June 25, 2022, CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates for children) of Polk Country held its annual Golf “Fore” Kids tournament fundraiser at Salem Golf Club. OpenRoad placed several teams in the tournament in addition to a hole sponsorship and golf cart sponsorship. 100% of the money raised will directly affect abused and neglected kids in Polk County.

“Our people had a wonderful time participating in this tournament and we are grateful for the work CASA is doing in our community” says Ryan Miller, VP of Operations at OpenRoad Transportation.

According to their website, “a CASA advocates for a child’s best interest by providing support and guidance thru the court system to make sure his or her basic rights and essential needs are being met.  Every child deserves to have a safe place to live that encourages growth into a responsible and productive young adult.”
